You are always defending Hosterman, Thorne and Cook-Kallio on this blog despite their anti-democratic (representative or otherwise) actions. How much are they paying you? Or, maybe you are one of them? Or better yet, maybe you’re their PR operative Angela Ramirez-Holmes! In any case, their actions speak louder than your words. So give it up.
When a member of congress votes against health care reform, is it their opinion or is it because of the tens of thousands of dollars they have received from health care lobbyists? When they vote against increasing CAFE standards for vehicles is it their opinion or is it because of contributions from big oil and Detroit? When they vote for never-ending wars is that their opinion or because of defense industry money? Cook-Kallio is constantly using “it’s just my opinion” when voting to back the Chamber and developers. More like a sell-out than an opinion. Doesn’t wash.
