A trio of briefings on aging infrastructure and climate change from the State Water Project will open with a stakeholder panel discussion featuring Zone 7 Water Agency General Manager Valerie Pryor during the California Water Commission’s meeting on Wednesday (March 17), starting 9:30 a.m.
The meeting agenda includes three briefings under Item No. 9 including an overview of the State Water Project and updates on the Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment and the California Department of Water Resources’ “efforts to address issues related to aging infrastructure.”
Following the briefings, the panel discussion is scheduled to take place. The briefings are expected to begin at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Members of the public may comment during the meeting by joining on Zoom. More instructions on how to use Zoom and participate in the meeting are available in the public participation guide.
