The majors White Sox of Pleasanton Foothill Little League wait for their names to be called during introductions at the league’s season-opening ceremony last Saturday.
“What a wonderful way to open Pleasanton Foothill Little League’s season. More than 40 teams and 450 players coming together as a community on a warm spring day to celebrate baseball and the team work and good sportsmanship it teaches,” PFLL president Chuck Brown said.
Pleasanton National Little League and Pleasanton American Little League also hosted well-attended opening ceremonies last weekend.
