Gretchen Pearson, owner of the 21 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Drysdale properties in Northern California, joined sales manager Steve Fast at festivities of offices at 4725 First St. in downtown Pleasanton where agents from its newly acquired Prudential California Realty are part of the Berkshire Hathaway agency.
The Prudential Real Estate network generated more than half a billion dollars in sales volume on nearly 2,600 closed units in 2013. It now joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerage’s network that has grown to nearly 1,100 offices and 35,000 agents in 47 states since its network’s launch in September 2013.
