Photographer Mike Sedlak was one of several hikers to come across this hairy tarantula at about 6 pm. Monday while hiking along the Augustin Bernal Park, about 300 feet from the top of the Valley View Trail where it intersects with the Ridge Line Trail. Although people gathered to admire the furry creature enjoying the twilight hours, only Sedlak felt compelled to let it climb on his arm while he photographed it up close and personal.
