Traffic began moving again on the San Francisco Bay Bridge this afternoon about two and a half hours after a suspicious device was reported at Treasure Island.
The California Highway Patrol said access to the Bay Bridge was shut down during an investigation of the device found on the eastbound Treasure Island offramp, according to the CHP.
The offramp and the westbound Treasure Island onramp were closed after the device was reported at 12:52 p.m.
