Alameda County Supervisor Scott Haggerty has endorsed City Councilman Steve Brozosky in his bid for mayor, Brozosky announced.
“Time and time again, Steve Brozosky has shown his leadership on behalf of the citizens of Pleasanton,” Haggerty said. “Be it his taking the lead on the Staples Ranch development, keeping Pleasanton businesses in Pleasanton, or his trip with me back to visit our Congressional delegation in Washington D.C. where he was instrumental in securing $18 million to start addressing Pleasanton’s traffic congestion problems, Steve has always had the interests and issues of Pleasanton first and foremost on his agenda.”
Brozosky is running against Mayor Jennifer Hosterman, who is running for re-election.
