Pleasanton’s school board trustees will be meeting Tuesday evening for an impromptu, special closed session to discuss an undisclosed employee issue.

According to the Sept. 30 meeting agenda posted just over 24 hours ahead of the meeting, the personnel item will be limited to “consideration of the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, discipline/dismissal/release of a public employee or to hear complaints or charges brought against such employee by another person or employee unless the employee requests a public session.”

The special closed-session meeting is set to begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday (Sept. 30) and will start with public comments before the board heads into the closed portion of the meeting. Following closed session, the board will reconvene to report out any actions taken.

The brief agenda is available here.
