Stig Westling, chief executive officer of Oakland-based Sirona Fuels, will talk about how his firm is using waste cooking oil to produce high-quality biodiesel fuel at a noon luncheon meeting of the Rotary Club of Pleasanton. Julie Lewis, club president, said the meeting at Hap’s Restaurant in downtown Pleasanton, is open to Rotarians and those considering joining the Rotary Club.
