Adopt an adult cat at East County Animal Shelter, and the adoption fee will be paid by Tri-Valley Animal Rescue until today, Aug. 31. Cats are available from 11:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., at the East County Animal Shelter, 4595 Gleason Dr., Dublin. All you need to pay for is the spay/neuter fee, if needed.
