Artist Cliff Garten will unveil his sculpture design for the BART Station at a reception tonight at 6:45 p.m. July 1 at the Dublin Civic Center, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin. Refreshments will be served and the public is invited to complete a comment card on the art. Call 556-4500.
