Pleasantonians 4 Peace sponsors a candlelight vigil at 7 p.m. the second Wednesday of the month in front of the Museum on Main, 603 Main St. The group reflects on the human and monetary costs of the war, honors veterans who have sacrificed, and visualizes ways of moving beyond this conflict to a more peaceful world. 1. They honor no Veterans. None of their kids volunteer to defend our Nation. The do not pray against Terrorism. They do not pray against Civil Rights abuses in China or Iran. When terrorist acts hit them, we;ll see what they pray for. Politiciams like Hosterman need to go away.

  2. Dear What?: You are absolutely RIGHT!!!

When will these Berkeley leftwing marxists realize that “peace does not mean the absence of war.” If you want peace, you may have to fight for it.

Hosterman is a typical leftist and needs to GO.

  3. They have a right to express themselves even if you don’t like it. Strange how so many of you are so full of hate. get a life…

  4. What?! Is the Loon Hippy Mayor associated with this too? Come on, people of Pleasanton, we have to get this Marxist Wacko out of office!

    P. S. Cholo, you are the one person thats always commenting here that has the absolute least credability in telling people to get a life.
