California Retired Teachers Association, Tri-Valley Division 85, will hold a luncheon meeting today at 11:15 a.m., Tuesday, May 18, at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Hall, 6250 Village Pkwy., Dublin. Local students will receive awards from the Scholarship Foundation. Cost is $11. Call 443-9913.
