Motorcyclist killed in crash on freeway west of Pleasanton
A motorcyclist died on Interstate 580 west of Pleasanton after an initial crash left him down on the freeway lanes, where he was subsequently struck by another vehicle during the afternoon commute Thursday, per the CHP.
