American Red Cross will host a volunteer orientation from 4-5 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 12, at its Pleasanton Blood Donation Center, 5556-B Springdale Ave. Tour the center and learn about ways to greet, inform and thank our community’s blood donors or help post fliers at key locations. YOU DONT HEAR ABOUT THE BED AND BREAKFAST, AT THE TOP OF LONGVIEW IN TOWN, SOMETIME AGO THE OWNERS AT ABOUT 6:45 am FOUND A BLACK MAN FROM OAKLAND GOING THROUGH THIER HOUSE, HE HAD BEEN AT THE HOUSES NEXT DOOR TOO. WHEN THE POLICE GOT HIM IT WAS DETERMANED THAT HE HAD BEEN IN OTHER HOMES IN TOWN EARLY THAT MORN. WHILE PEOPLE SLEPT. THIS STORY WAS NOT REPORTED, GOT NOT ONE WORD MENTIONED. WAKE UP PLEASANTON.
