The 98th annual Alameda County Fair opens today, Wednesday, June 23, and will be open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton. This year’s fair will offer special admission prices, including “Kids Free Fridays,” “$3 Wacky Wednesdays” and “Seniors Free Wednesdays.” The fair is open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday-Sunday (closed Tuesdays).
