Amador girls lacrosse come up with big win at LCC
During spring break, the Amador Valley Girls Lacrosse team traveled to San Diego to play two games. The first game was played against La Costa Canyon, which Amador won 10-8, and the second game against Poway, and ended 8-7 for a win for Amador in overtime.
Last year during the same trip, the girls team lost one of the only two games in their entire season, and one was to La Costa Canyon. Last year’s team went undefeated in league, so this year’s team had a change in the coaching staff and with nine senior players who left for college. So this tournament was a huge win for this team.
