The Pleasanton-based José Maria Amador Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution recognized 11 Tri-Valley students at an awards ceremony on March 12 for taking part in the organization’s annual Constitution Week Poster Contest, the DAR Good Citizen and the American History Essay Contest — “The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier”.
