Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-Dublin) will host an immigration forum for constituents from 10-11:30 a.m. today in Hayward to provide information and answer questions about reforming the country’s immigration laws
Representatives from immigration-based community organizations in the East Bay will be in attendance.
Swalwell is advocating for reform that will provide a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million undocumented workers in the country, permit high-skilled workers educated in the U.S. to obtain visas to work here and allow families to reunite in the U.S.
The event will take place at 27287 Patrick Ave., Hayward.
