Pleasanton’s John Perez and Kristi Reed reach the northernmost point of the first leg of their road trip across the world. They set off in their 2008 Toyota 4Runner in May to visit all seven continents over the next three to five years. They checked in with us from the Arctic Circle and Arctic Ocean in August, holding the Weekly featuring their story on the cover.
