Election Day is here, and Pleasanton residents have until polls close at 8 p.m. to vote in person or submit their ballot at an official drop box location.
The local races up for consideration include Pleasanton mayor, City Council districts 1 and 3 and Pleasanton Unified School District board Area 5. Voters will also be asked to vote yes or no on Measure HH, a transient occupancy tax rate increase that would raise the city’s hotel tax rate from 8% to 12% by the end of 2028.
Check out the Pleasanton Weekly’s 2026 Election Center for in-depth coverage of those local races and measures, plus campaign finance reporting.

- Pleasanton Middle School, 5001 Case Ave.
- Valley View Elementary School, 480 Adams Way.
