With summer in full swing, the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore recently welcomed five new stores. From fashion and footwear to lifestyle brands, the new openings offer fresh attractions across retail categories.
“At San Francisco Premium Outlets, we’re committed to bringing our shoppers an exciting mix of brands that reflects the way the Bay Area shops today,” said Jennifer Koidal, general manager of the outlets.
In celebration of this year’s premiere international soccer tournament, the Livermore outlets introduced a FIFA World Cup Official Store in June. The exclusive pop-up store features a large range of official gear, including official team jerseys, T-shirts, mascot merchandise and accessories. The store is scheduled to close on July 19, after the World Cup’s final match of 2026.
A popular shoe brand best known for its contoured footbed sandals, Birkenstock officially opened at the outlets in March. The new location marks its first outlet store in Northern California.
Footwear and accessories retailer Journey’s also recently expanded its store, offering a wider selection of trending brands.
The new store Gymboree sells clothes for babies and children. Since opening in May, it’s offered kid-friendly apparel at outlet-value prices.
Marine Layer, a lifestyle brand known for its ultra-soft apparel, also opened in May.

There’s more in store for the outlets this summer too. Windsor, a special-occasions dress store, is set to open at the outlets this week. The new Windsor will replace its previous counterpart at the Stoneridge Shopping Center, which closed over a year ago.
Finally, high-end Italian brand Peserico will open in late August, according to a press release from the outlets.
“From Northern California’s first Birkenstock outlet to brands like Peserico, Marine Layer, and Windsor, these new openings add even more variety for our shoppers. We’re excited to welcome them and continue giving local residents and visitors fresh reasons to visit the center,” Koidal said.
