Hey Readers, I went to hang out with my 89 year-old Uncle Marv. He’s amazing. I let him know I wanted to hear stories from his life. You know after someone close to you dies, and along with grieving you think, “Why didn’t I ask him/her ________?” Before we left, he thanked me for listening and said, “No one wants to hear an old man’s stories.” Whose stories will you regret not hearing? Go ask about their lives, and listen to what no one else can share with you. Ask how s/he felt about their specific experiences. Be curious. It was an intimate and rich visit.
Now, back to Ben and Grace . . .
