Friends of the Library will meet tonight for its general meeting at 7 p.m., Monday, July 26, at the Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave. The Friends support and supplement library services and materials. The Friends have two major book sales per year, mend books, process and shelve magazines, and are docents for the genealogy collection. For information, call Nancy Bering at 462-4368.
