Foundation for Axis Community Health will sponsor “A Day at the Races” tomorrow from noon-6 p.m. July 10 at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, 4501 Pleasanton Ave. Tickets for $50 include admission to the fair, a buffet luncheon, a lesson on placing bets, an afternoon of horseracing, a “Best Hat” contest, prize drawings and a no-host bar.
