Deep breathing and relaxation are proven to stimulate brain health, increase energy and improve sleep. There will be a workshop held tonight from 7-8:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 29, at the Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave. Future workshops will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. July 6 and Aug. 10 and evening classes are from 7-8:30 p.m. July 14 and Aug. 11.
