Tri-Valley Cultural Jews will host guest speakers on Jewish orphanages at 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Bothwell Center, 2466 Eighth St., Livermore. A potluck will follow after the speakers. Families with children are welcome; bring a snack for them. This event is free, but a dish for the potluck is requested. Call 485-1049.
