The community turned out to kick off early St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in downtown Dublin Saturday at the annual parade and festival.
Audience members decked out in green lined the sidewalk to view the procession featuring local community groups, student groups, nonprofit organizations and elected officials.
Some celebrated from cars with the honking of horns, while others marched on foot and waved to spectators. The Weekly’s spring photography intern, Sophia Sucato, was on the ground with her camera in tow to capture the action.
