Pleasanton Mayor Jack Balch brought the Weekly to a snow-covered National Mall during his visit to Washington, D.C. this week for the U.S. Conference of Mayors. All five Tri-Valley mayors were in attendance, although some had travel delays due to the rough winter weather across the country – Balch finally secured a red-eye flight on his fifth rebooking attempt.
