A vegetation fire burning in Sunol on Tuesday evening is at 15 acres and 50% containment, Cal Fire said in their latest update at 5:20 p.m.
The fire is burning on both sides of the area by Calaveras and Welch Creek roads and has pushed into a creek, Alameda County Fire said.
Forward progress on the fire has been stopped.
