A Tri-Valley doctor died after being shot while off-roading with his teenage son in a rural area in Sierra County during the holiday weekend.

This idiot must have had a mental issue to be firing a gun randomly at people in the forest. He should be prosecuted for 1st degree murder and locked up forever!
