The Livermore woman recently arrested for having sex with two boys is due in Pleasanton Superior Court on Monday to enter a plea on 67 felony charges.
Christine Shreeve Hubbs, 42, is currently in Santa Rita Jail for the alleged sexual assault of two boys which police said began in December 2008. Hubbs was arrested Thursday on suspicion of having sex with the underage boys since then, police said.
She began making advances on one of the boys when he was 14 and dating her daughter, also 14, officials said.
The charges include counts of oral copulation, lewd acts on a child, and exhibition of lewd material to a minor.
Hubbs allegedly sent messages and nude pictures of herself to the boys from her cell phone. After contacting the victims, she would then allegedly drive them in her black 2006 Hummer H2 to different locations in Livermore and have sex with them, police said.
She also faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor; police allege she let a group of boys shoot a plastic pellet gun from her car, Livermore police Lt. Matt Sarsfield said.
While investigating the sexual assaults by Hubbs, Livermore police learned of this other recent incident in which she was driving around with a group of boys around 10 years old who were shooting Airsoft guns out of the Hummer at various locations around the city, Sarsfield said. No one was seriously injured by the plastic pellets.
Sarsfield said none of the boys in the car has come forward as a victim in the sexual assault case.
Hubbs has been married for about 20 years to her husband Timothy, a dentist, and has three children, according to her Facebook and MySpace pages. More than half of the 36 friends on MySpace have pages displaying ages 18 or younger.
Hubbs’ Facebook page says she works in the dental office and that she “taxi(s) kids around after school.”
Police began their investigation into sexual assault charges after receiving a tip from someone connected to Hubbs. Both victims are cooperating with the investigation, Sarsfield said. The first victim was contacted after police received the tip. The second victim came forward voluntarily a few days later, he said.
Police say Hubbs provided the victims with Visa gift cards, dinners at restaurants and video game consoles.
Hubbs hired a lawyer last week after learning of the investigation, Sarsfield said. She was arrested Thursday evening and is being held in Santa Rita Jail on $4.3 million bail.

Karen, I think Jeb’s point is to shorten your diatribes during meeting open to the public. Have you watched the archived web cast when you’re speaking and noticed any eye rolling? Use the time for a meaningfull issue not as an opportunity to try and embarrass/attack the Mayor and council members you don’t like. They have been elected to represent us, and give enourmous amounts of their time in service. Maybe a little civility would help.
Well the community DID “comment” on exactly what Pleasanton weekly wrote in their NEWS section, however apparently commenting is out of bounds as the entire thread was removed!
Perhaps if the thread continued as it should, more community awareness would be had and perhaps MORE RAPED CHILDREN would have come forward.

I agree with ?. The only way to flesh this out as a community is to be able to comment on the story. Let’s not try to censor opinions from PW forum readers because the discussion is uncomfortable or inconvenient. Let’s assume the accused is innocent but we should also find out if anymore children have been allegedly victimized. Open the forum and let people discuss this incident!
I think the police know how to do their job. If there are more children involved they will find out. People in Pleasanton just want to past judgement on this forum. Remember there are innocent people involved here.

The police and everyone involved with the investigation doesn’t just go out and randomly accuse an innocent person of this behavior for no reason. Why is the PW protecting this scum bag? Obviously law enforcement have enough on her or she wouldn’t be held on such a large bail. I have ZERO tolerance for anyone that messes with innocent children. I hope she gets what she deserves. I feel sorry for her husband and children though, but I hope she rots in jail.

Medical help? NOT! She belongs in jail. It is illegal to rape kids.
No medical help exists to keep this woman from raping other kids. Be patient, the truth will out in court.

Let’s not lose sight of the fact that this Mormon family most likely supported the “values” of marriage. Of course, that means that only a union between those of opposite sex has any value. Just like the morals and values in her marriage.

Well, the courts can’t look here for fair and objective jurors. PLEASANTON, Calif.—AP Northern California mother of three remains jailed after she delayed entering a plea on charges she had sex with two teenage boys.
Christine Hubbs of Livermore did not speak during her brief court appearance Monday. Her attorney, Jules Bonjour, requested that her plea be put over until Sept. 3 while he reviews evidence in the case.
Alameda county prosecutors have charged Hubbs with 67 felony counts in connection with allegations that she had sexual relationships with two 14-year-old boys.
Court records say one boy’s mother went to Livermore police last month after finding a nude photo of Hubbs on her son’s cell phone.
She is being held on $4.3 million bail in Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.

How unfair of you to suggest that anyone belonging to our church would be on “this mother’s side, just because she is a Mormon”. She has done a terrible thing to these kids, her family, her church, her husband, her Father in Heaven, and her friend’s. We do still care about her. We pray that she will get the help she needs, but she must go through the court system. She must pay for her sin’s. My grandma used to say “When you play (in wrong doing) you will pay. We are accountable for our sins here on earth and there in Heaven. We cannot repent of our sins without “paying the price”. And, by the way, she has not been an active member for a long time. Tim does go to church from time to time. Let’s give Tim and his kids time to heal. This has been especially hard on them and the other boy’s families.
