Southern California-based SVA Architects is set to make Pleasanton the home base of their regional operations, with company officials pointing to their new offices on Stoneridge Drive as a central location for conducting business throughout the Bay Area.

The company announced last week that they had moved into Suite 100 at 7901 Stoneridge Drive, having already established their presence in the region as “a visionary leader for transit-oriented developments, community projects, and educational facilities,” according to officials.

“The move to this space in Pleasanton was strategic,” SVA Architects President Robert Simons said on Nov. 20. “This location is transit-oriented, allows us to offer seamless continuity of service to our existing clients, and we now have room to grow.”

The company has worked on a number of high profile Bay Area developments in recent years, including the final phase of the Fruitvale Transit Village in Oakland and campus renovations at several Palo Alto Unified School District campuses.

SVA Architects is headquartered in Santa Ana, with offices in San Diego, Honolulu and Davis in addition to their new Pleasanton office.
