Six “Healthy Cooking” classes will start tonight and will be held from 6-9 p.m. Sept. 9 through Nov. 4 at the Pleasanton Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd. Topics include eating for health; stocks, soups and stews 101 (two classes); salads; appetizers; Thanksgiving side dishes; and desserts.   1. This course is taught by a wonderful, knowledable lady who is very passionate about her subject. If you have an interest in healthy cooking, you can’t go wrong here.

    Headline: Learn How to Cook Healthfully
    (I don’t know what “cook healthy” means)

    Class Name: Healthful Cooking
