The Pleasanton Weekly, Livermore Vine and DanvilleSanRamon have received a handful of scholarship announcements from local organizations trying to let Tri-Valley students know that the application window is open for financial awards to support their ongoing education.
Most of the messages have been added to our online community calendar, and we will highlight those currently in our queue in this special “Scholarship Corner” feature this week.

Rotary Music Scholarships
The Rotary Club of Livermore Music Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial aid to young music students in Livermore. Applications are now being accepted for where Middle School and High School age students are eligible to apply for scholarships worth $100-$1,000. 2026 Pedrozzi Scholarship
Mario Pedrozzi left his estate as a gift to the Livermore community where he envisioned his wealth could provide a means for students of all ages to achieve their educational and career dreams. Eligibility for Pedrozzi Scholarships extends to students of all ages who are either graduating or have graduated from the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District. Deadline Feb. 27. Alan Hu Foundation
In 2021, the Alan Hu Foundation created the Alan Hu Foundation Scholarship in memory of Alan Hu and Sarah Rahman, who passed away after their battles with mental illness led to suicide. The Alan Hu Foundation presents scholarship awards to Tri-Valley high school seniors whose college and career aspirations are in mental health fields. Application closes March 8. CRTA
The Tri-Valley chapter of the California Retired Teachers Association will award up to five $2,500 scholarships to students planning to become teachers or school counselors, open to seniors attending a public high school in Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin or San Ramon. Assistance League
The Assistance League of Amador Valley’s Tri-Valley Community Scholarship was created to focus on those students who are motivated to continue their education at an accredited community college or certified technical/trade school. Three different scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors residing in Pleasanton, Livermore or Dublin covering tuition, books and supplies. Deadline March 16. Amador Valley Scholarships
Founded in 1965 by a group of local citizens to raise scholarship money to be awarded to students in the community who needed financial assistance to enter college. Amador Valley Scholarships, Inc. awards scholarships to graduating seniors from Foothill, Village and Amador Valley high schools continuing their education at a vocational/technical school, community college or four-year university. Young Innovators Scholarship
The San Ramon Valley Education Foundation 2025-2026 Neel Somani Young Innovators Scholarship is a new annual award made possible through the generosity of SRVUSD alumnus Neel Somani, recognizing students who demonstrate a genuine passion for technology and innovation. Eligible to high school seniors at a SRVUSD school pursuing a four-year college or university. Deadline March 27. Visit srvef.org/programs/scholarship.
Rotary Club of Pleasanton
Pleasanton high school seniors attending and graduating from any high school or who are home-schooled in Pleasanton can apply for scholarships from the Rotary Club of Pleasanton, with more than $50,000 to be awarded among selected students in 2026. High School Arts Awards
The High School Junior & Senior Arts Awards Program is designed to identify, recognize and encourage talented graduating high school students who reside in Livermore and/or attend a Livermore school with awards granted based on accomplishments in the Arts in school. Masonic Lodge
The Pleasanton Masonic Lodge is offering a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior from a high school in Pleasanton with a record of volunteerism, a minimum 2.5 GPA, attending a trade/technical school, two-year community college or four-year university/college in the fall term following graduation.
