Democrat Party Officially Embraces Anti-Capitalist Movement...

Original post made by Democrats Unveiled, Amador Estates, on Oct 10, 2011

Well, the veil is finally off.
The Democrats are now officially embracing the movement to topple American capitalism.

It is the Democrat Party vs. the (formerly) American Way of Life

Pick your side now because I believe the Democrats will be turning up the volume between now and the 2012 election.

LOL, check the story at this link Web Link to see what your fellow anti-capitalist protestors are really up to.
Seems like Wall St. and big business took everything from them, except their drug money. It's obvious their self esteem is no where to be found, either.

All this posturing by Republicans and Democrats, and bad journalism by Fox News and CNN isn't helping matters.

"Indeed, the banks have in part have acted in response to the 2008 crisis and bailout, which required financial institutions to retain a higher amount of capital reserves. The agreement for federal aid was followed by a Wall Street reform bill supported by President Obama and named after two Democratic lawmakers, ex-Sen. Chris Dodd and Rep. Barney Frank, which capped swipe fees on debit cards and imposed regulations on lending, among other items. The law also ended the practice of the federal government bailing out banks."

The law did not end the practice. The law did little good and a lot of harmed. I fail to see how regulating debit card fees helps bank customers or prevents another economic disaster from happening.

What is so sad is that Democrats and Republicans created this mess and we need to vote for leaders who can fix it. Obama? Romney?

I strongly disagree with Editor's rationale for censoring LOL's post. Seems to be a case of Editor wanting to please a predominantly right-wing reading audience.

I am so tired of the right and the left not being able to form a compromise. We are becoming closer to the israeli-palestinian neverending conflict and not being Americans. If this country was taken over by a group of intelligent business people who had to solve these problems like they would a failing business it would be done and fixed. We would have some new taxes, some deficit reduction, some gov't spending on infrastrucure.Everybody would have to give something to get us on track again. We need to end all the political bs and admit that we have a huge financial crisis and fix it.All the posturing from both parties and all of the special interest bs is killing us.We can continue to act like complete incompetent idiots and call each other names with no compromise or we can put all the bs aside and FIX IT.It shouldn't be so hard.
