Temperature could reach 103 degrees today in Pleasanton, Tri-Valley

Air quality in Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley today is forecast to reach unhealthy levels for a third day in a row, prompting another Spare the Air alert for Monday, according to Bay Area air quality officials.

I agree with the first person to post a comment: why is there no mention of any "cooling center" in this story? Is the city not providing one for this heat wave for the seniors and other at-risk residents? Were there cutbacks? Or did the article neglect to include this vital information? Past PW references to the cooling center activation have been:
