How in the world does Folsom get to number 1? Well I guess they do have that Johnny Cash song going for them.

I'm stuck in Folsom Prison
And time keeps draggin' on
But that train keeps a-rollin'
On down to San Antone

Dublin beat us out by serving their students when Dublin city council found and donated two new school sites and have the money and commitment to build a new high school!

Best place to raise a family unless they want to go to Senior Ball. :P

Mikel-Folsom is a wonderful beautiful community. There is more there than the prison. You should visit it sometime-the city that is.

More interesting to me is San Ramon (2) and Danville (6) were the only two communities that ranked in single digits in three of the four areas: Education, Health & Safety; Affordability; and Socioeconomic Environment. Danville is low on family fun (151), but San Ramon (63) held its own there as well.

Don't overreact. I'm happy for our neighbors, and it's pretty awesome that Tri Valley represents 40% of the list!
