How can Assembly Bill 4 be Constitutional? Does the state of California have the power to make enforcing a Federal law a crime? I would highly encourage Senyor Ammiano and Gub'ner Brown to read The Federalist Papers, not the Communist Manifesto and the LaRaza mission statement.

In my humble opinion, Californios are all wrapped in issues of race/ethnicity & gender. As usual, women of course at the bottom of the pole.

I also don't believe that the struggle to keep BART Unions from striking is anything so humble as money. Nopey dopey, it's mostly about keeping women, people of color, and low income workers in their place thus maintaining a comfy class clubhouse that pampers some of the most adorable tweety birds that frequent this bog!

yup...that's it, gender, racism, low income workers of all races/ethnicities, genital power, high heels, and way down on the list, money! tee hee hee...

i rest my case...
