These make very interesting reading as to how money can quickly disappear until uncovered by a forensic audit.

We can only wonder what a forensic audit of PUSD would turn up.
This is about the lowest form of theft ! He needs to suffer pain and humiliation ! Sadly, scum that would steal from schools to spend on his HOUSE is probably beyond being humiliated. Ickky, yuk ! Parents should be able to line up and spit on him.
Another ugly episode in the thoroughgoing corruption of our public school teachers and administrators. But actually, this mere tip of the iceberg fails to reveal the churnings at the bottom of the ocean floor that threaten to overwealm us. What can be learned from this? First, we cannot count on government to police itself. Why? Because public workers are unionized and receive gargantuan pensions that entirely eclipse those (e.g., CEO's) who toil in the private sector. Second, we must acknowledge that this spittable offense (nice one, Repulsed!) pales in comparison with how kindergarten teachers have been systematically bilking the tax paying public with their exorbitant salaries and pensions. The iceberg is nothing but a ruse. Behind it are swirling winds around worried men and women who feel they are at the mercy of the swelling ranks of the elitist educational class. Why? Someone needs to answer my question. Time is running short!
Oh Arnold, you really need to become a teacher to understand the system. It sounds like you are describing big banks and obviously have no clue. Public Workers pensions eclipsing those of CEOs? You have writing skills, but lack fundamental knowledge.
