It's BS like this that helps Whole Foods stay in business. There's a sucker born every day, buying into marketing hype and feel good crap. Go ahead and pay a 50% markup for the same produce the rest of us buy at Genes without the 'organic' label. Nice try.

What is the risk of GMO? As far as I know a risk has never been found.

Does anyone know if irradiated food can be sold as organic? From reading about the subject, as far as I can tell, food irradiation is one of the best things that can be done to make foods safer. I'd pay extra for food that was labeled as irradiated.
