"Solyndra is not just crony capitalism, it is criminal fraud"

Original post made by PayPerView?, Amador Estates, on Sep 18, 2011

A very good read of the Solyndra situation thus far is this article by former Asst. US Attorney Andrew McCarthy. (McCarthy is most notable for leading the 1995 terrorism prosecution against Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman and eleven others. The defendants were convicted of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and planning a series of attacks against New York City landmarks.)

Summary of McCarthy's article... Obama and his pals have reason to worry. This Solyndra case is criminal fraud against the American citizens.

I suggest that the trial be pay-per-view to the entire world so that we could help pay off our national debt.

Another idiotic post from an idiotic fascist. McCarthy is himself a fascist who no longer believes in American law or American court system.

"Mr. McCarthy [for example] has criticized the private lawyers who have been assisting detainees at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, in challenging the legality of their confinements through habeas corpus petitions in federal court.

“The country’s at war and they’re volunteering their services to the enemy,” Mr. McCarthy said of the lawyers."

He's a nutcase with fascist dispositions and aspirations.

Zelda - I would say you are the nutcase if you still believe in American law and the American court system. Especially in regards to bankruptcy. If you have not been involved personally in a corporate bankruptcy, I would keep your mouth shut.

It was well known in the semiconductor industry that Solyndra was destined to fail. This was one year prior to the bankruptcy filing.

There should be a special place in hell for chief executives who know that a company will be forced to declare bankruptcy and choose to hide this fact from investors and employees. You don't have to worry about bankruptcy judges and lawyers. They already have a place in hell reserved just for them.

Good post.

Notice how the leftists -- like Zelda -- define "fascists" as those who protect American interests, comply by the "American" rule of law, and adhere to the U.S. Constitution.

Yep, that's indeed what leftists do, as well as all good Americans. Comply with America's rule of law and adhere to the US Constitution.

Contrast that with the malcontented miscreant Bill whose own incompetence, no doubt, forced him into bankruptcy. And contrast too with the fascist, kkk-er payperview whose I.Q. probably doesn't exceed 80. What a couple of sick, unpatriotic goofs.

Nice display of your intellect there, Zelda. Resorting to name calling like a 10 year old because your boy and his minions have been caught screwing taxpayers with their insistence that anything green will create jobs, when they only want our green.
How dare you question the patriotism of citizens exposing these idiotic business practices with our money. Go spend your money on an education so you can learn to debate or at least form a coherent thought instead of just slinging insults.

"my boy"? Ah yes, Steve oozes up from under his hood in order to sling mud at those who would comply with America's rule of law and the Constitution. Still haven't gotten over civil rights legislation, eh Steve. That's okay, you've revealed the undersides of your sheets frequently enough on these posts. We understand where you're coming from. Warning: it's supposed to be sunny tomorrow, so you'll want to stay hidden beneath your rock.

Zelda, you may not have noticed, but your enclave is even more lilly white than P-town. Save the self righteousness for another time whne you can come back with a coherent arguement defending the criminal acts of this amateurish administration.

From what I've heard there were red flags all over about this company. Were they criminal or just stupid and over idealistic about their technology that could never compete due to the high expense of it?
Frankly.... every administration has their questionable transactions... Haliburton? Iran Contra? This isn't limited to the Obama administration.

Can we stop the name calling and act like adults? This division is what is going to bring this country down.

"Haliburton? Iran Contra? This isn't limited to the Obama administration." REALLY? Don't you realize these were Democratic-initiated? After 9/11 happened on Clinton's watch, then the Dems got us into this probalem with Iraq and Afganistand. Thanks God we have Republicans to clean up the mess. Look at how how jobs have spiked upward since the Republicans have taken control of the House. I rest my cases.

You apparently need to do some more homework on how our Fed Govt branches operate. The repubs are in the majority in the House of Representatives. However, the Senate is dominated by Leftist Democrats. At best, the House can only slow down the rate of economic destruction by the socialist Obama-ists.

Real job growth will not spike upward until we have freedom-loving, US Constitutional conservatives (and not RINOs either) in control of the House, Senate and the White House.

Like payperview I too agree with everything Blossom said except the part about the Republicans having any responsibility for anything. They are blameless, except for the good stuff.
