Wow. McNerney's SEIU Now Freely Admits Communist Ties

Original post made by McNerneysSEIU, Amador Estates, on May 6, 2011

So with this news out in the open, let's see if our Pleasanton Weekly "journalists" will do their job and ask McNerney (who strongly supports the SEIU and vice versa) also supports the American Communist Party.

Note this article "SEIU Drops Mask, Goes Full Commie"... Web Link

Excerpt: "A May Day rally in Los Angeles, co-sponsored by the SEIU and various communist groups, as well as other unions, reflected yet another step in the normalization of self-identified communist and socialist ideologies in the Obama era. Not only did the SEIU help to organize the rally in conjunction with communists, they marched side-by-side with communists, while union members carried communist flags, communists carried union signs, and altogether there was no real way to tell the two apart."

Smash Capitalism is a slogan the SEIU endorses.

Is this also what you endorse Mr. McNerney??? (must be)

"Note this article "SEIU Drops Mask, Goes Full Commie""

Are we supposed to take seriously any article that has a title like that?

If ya want an even bigger laugh than the article's title, read the comments at the bottom of the linked page. Welcome to Democracy! Land of the free; home of the stupid.

To whoever posted this.

I ask you. Let's say your headline wasn't the lie it obviously is. Let's say, for the sake of argument, that you're not a liar and that the headline is indeed true.

Can you tell us what would be wrong with McNerney or any other politician wanting to advance the interests of working people across this country? The wealthy in America pay less in taxes than in any other 'first world' nation. See the wealthy and their pol hacks squirm at even the MENTION of cutting oil subsidies. Suddenly we hear all the Repubs saying "Oh 4 Billion is just a drop in the bucket" while at the same time getting all lathered up about cutting aid to women and children. So, what exactly, in your own words, is wrong with the Communist Workers' Party agitating for better pay and working conditions for working Americans? Aside from "Communism is bad", just what exactly IS the criticism? Thanks in advance for your erudition on this matter.

"McNerney's SEIU Now Freely Admits Communist Ties" didn't you used this banner before? So what if the SEIU supports anyone? Using your rationale, I should vote against any candidate because they are supported by a right wing extremist group or, even, the tea baggers?

Representative McNerney gets support from some Republicans and veterans groups. Face the fact, you hate anyone or any group that is opposite of your opinion.

I suspect you read right wing blogs and watch Fox News because they pander to people such as yourself. At least I will read credible conservative sources and writers, such as the Orange County Register and Geo. Will, for rational opinions.

And, please, don't call me a liberal or anything close to it. My liberal friends think I am a conservative...

"Face the fact, you hate anyone or any group that is opposite of your opinion." Is this the same kind of hate that leads to name calling when you don't agree with the opposite side?: i.e calling folks against excessive taxation 'tea baggers'?
Mike, you are usually above the fray when it comes debating opinions you don't agree with. The name acalling is disappointing, almost as much as not condemning communism of extremist union groups.

Saturday NonShopper - Why does the term working people exclude my wife and I? We both work long hours to provide for our family? Why are my views about how much we are taxed irrelevant? Just because we are fortunate enough to make more than others?

I too have a problem with oil companies receiving tax breaks. But I also have a problem with large agriculture, Acorn, Illegal immigration, Iraq, Afganistan and host of other things I would rather the government stop funding.

I don't know you or your wife, and if you take exception to the term working people, let me assure you it was not meant to be interpreted as a personal slight to you and/or your wife.

Just a couple of factual matters. I don't think the govt is funding ACORN or even illegal immigration, for that matter, unless you count tens of billions on some 20+ thousand border patrol agents a matter of funding illegal immigration. Perhaps I've misunderstood. Sorry.
