Thousand have a Brain & will Vote NO on E

Original post made by realistic mom, West of Foothill, on Mar 14, 2011

Oh please, of course the mayor, etc, will come out in support of taxing us for teacher raises. Can you say CTA?
This tax has nothing to do with keeping programs it will pay for the special election and S & C raises. This year. Next year it will not even pay for the teacher raises.
Those of us who can think for ourselves can see that the "yes on teacher raises" people are now targeting seniors who may not even have to pay the tax. Unless of course the seniors fail to get their exemption each year.
PUSD wants to tax us to pay for raises while failing to curb unnecessary expenses -- car allowance? cell phones? get real. If you want to take more money from me you need to show some effort to cut out useless expenditures.
I could limit this thread to registered users to try to stifle those who choose not to be outed by the PW. Nah, might as well let everyone have their say.

Sound like "realistic mom" isn't a mom at all, but some old tea party guy who wants to cut everything except his Medicare and Social Security.

I think there are ten people who signed the argument against and the rebuttal to the argument in favor. Any of those other "thousands" willing to speak in public?

Even if 33% vote no, measure E will still pass.

Me and Mr. Thousand don't need no stinking signatures.
