Does anybody know of any Earth Day events coming up in and around the Pleasanton area?

Dawn - though these are not directly linked as Earth Day events, consider going to one of the two free one hour solar power workshops coming up. The first is tonight, Wednesday, April 16 at 7pm at the Livermore High School Theatre. If you can't make it to this one, there is another workshop next Tuesday, April 22, 7pm at the Pleasanton Masonic Center, 3370 Hopyard Road (across the street from the Sports Park). These workshops are being offered by SolarCity. I don’t work for SolarCity – I’m looking into their solar power solutions to help me reduce the ever escalating cost of energy. Dessert and coffee will be served.

Learn more at or call SolarCity - 1.888.765.2489. SolarCity is based in Foster City. Their employees are very professional - they won’t push you to buy anything. Please share this information with your friends.
