$100 billion in annual health care savings!

Why the Congress will not touch it in Health Care Reform: Tort Reform.

Web Link

An article I read at my sisters house over the holiday. $100 billion in unnecessary tests every year. why? CYA by Drs. in fear of being sued.
96 cents of dollar donated to Congressional campaigns by the trial lawyers goes to Democrats. Politicians and pundits agree, the Senators and Reps working on health care reform will not take on the trial lawyers by attempting ANY type of tort reform.
