The Pleasanton Weekly Troll
Around Town, posted by DSM-IV, a resident of the Another Pleasanton neighborhood neighborhood, 35 minutes ago
There is a person in our fair community that has decided to take over the PWTF for personal reasons - most likely a need for attention.

This person is posting as all different screen names, first posting stories, then actually dissenting with the opinion of the original post, then posting another and then posting and agreement to generate fights based on their agenda.

Until the Editors clean up this forum and put in some restraints on posts, perhaps we should leave the PW Troll alone with all of their self-generated personas and "issues".

This is seriously disturbing. Perhaps this individual is a manic-depressive. From the post clock, this person was up between 3 and 4 AM posting well over 30-40 posts. They took a break for a couple of hours and have resumed.

I think they must be having manic episode:

"Mania is an intense high where the person feels euphoric, almost indestructible in areas such as personal finances, business dealings, or relationships. They may have an elevated self-esteem, be more talkative than usual, have flight of ideas, a reduced need for sleep, and be easily distracted. The high, although it may sound appealing, will often lead to severe difficulties in these areas, such as spending much more money than intended, making extremely rash business and personal decisions, involvement in dangerous sexual behavior, and/or the use of drugs or alcohol."

What about free speech? Who is this “troll” and who are YOU, a Weekly Employee? You refer to post clock etc? If what you claim is true, then only a Weekly employee would know for certain that what you claim is true, based upon their logs.

Perhaps YOU are attempting to silence P-Town residents and YOU have an “agenda”?

Further, you label whoever you claim is this “troll” as having a mental illness, which is unethical if you are a Weekly Editor or Employee. The Weekly could be subject to a lawsuit if this is the case.

Perhaps the Weekly should spell out their wishes and everyone who posts under different names should have there posts removed, then the Weekly forum would have very little if any posts remaining!

Considering the amount of discussion in regard to Right Wing Anger etc. you are biased and would like to attempt to censor the Weekly?

"Until the Editors clean up this forum and put in some RESTRAINTS restraints on posts"

You mean CENSORSHIP? I think there are several if not MANY people posting under different names at any given time. The Weekly, as a private company could easily use a format that requires registered member only posts. But then a gain, that would be a form of censorship in itself.

It is time to get a grip. It is time to stop posting your incessant posts. Your manipulation and aggrivation of good people who come here for an honest debate of facts is drowned out by your pathetic need for some attention. It's been obvious for months that you are a single individual. How much time do you actually spend on the forum? It must be affecting you and your personal life.

There is no imposing on free speech by pointing this out, it is the lack of honesty in your posts that is the problem. Pick a real side, get educated on the facts and come and debate honestly - but first take all that amazing energy and direct it toward getting healthy.

Good luck to you.

Patricia is a registered user.

So this is what all the troll nonsense is about I've been seeing. Sheesh. I don't often post on the forums, and so I don't usually bother to sign in. Obviously that is a mistake because someone above is clearly posting as me. In the future, I will remember to do so, so anyone posting as Patricia of Vintage Hills who is NOT listed as a registered member is very likely impersonating me. And anyone posting unintelligible non-words like those above or anything hateful, abusive or profane is CERTAINLY not me. Thank you.

"DSM-IV is the old version, why would a knowledgeable individual use an outdated text? By implication, you have been trained in the clinical use of "DSM-IV"? When and by whom?
Are you a licensed psychotherapist and is your license current in the State of California? Where did you receive your advanced education and clinical training?

"Dave" and "Katie", both of whom post, have claimed to be educated mental health professionals but given the quality of their writing, I assumed that they were simply playing pretend! Dave tagged one poster as "Borderline" and Katie claimed that she is a "psychologist of maladaptive behavior (snicker)." Needless to say, I was amused.

I've been searching this blog and I didn't notice 30-40 posts that were posted about 3-4 am. Fortunately, I had a very relaxing nights sleep! What was the content of the 30 or 40 posts that you found disturbing? Would you please provide your fans with more detailed information?

Generally, I respond to comments online but I have never posted a new story. I Add a Comment, but I've never posted a story. Can you provide readers with the stories that a certain rascal is posting and then acting like a fox?

Incidentally, what is your clinical impression on all 5 Axis? By the way, did you mean to say Bipolar or some other Affective Disorder?

Have a nice day...Miss Primitive!

It's important to view clinical diagnosis as a risk marker for victimization.
