Water content from Sierra snowpack now at 81% of normal

The water content of the snowpack in the state is 81 percent of normal for this date, the California Department of Water Resources said Thursday afternoon.

water??? If the City can control sprinklers at the sports park,than we all can do the same.But thay have them working all the time no matter rain or shine,and if we do the same there is penalty's.This is so wrong.

I agree with go green. My neighbor has their sprinkler system on a timer and it was in use all through winter- rain or shine. Goes to show that some truly don't worry about their bills or possible fines. What also get's me are people who hose their driveways. Are they trying to growing grass out of cement?
