New Job Oppos in NYC! "Soft Drink Police"

Original post made by Slurpee, Amador Estates, on May 31, 2012

Have you heard? Mayor Bloomberg (a good freedom-hating Democrat) is ready to ban sugary soft drinks over 16 ounces!

Web Link

(Nevermind that a person can just purchase two or more sugary drinks below 16 ounces to quench their thirst.)

Just think where this will lead!

Banning the purchase of 2 or more cookies at the same time?
Not allowing adding sugar to extra large coffees or teas?

No more candy next to the cashier in grocery stores?

Just think of all the government jobs this will create!!!

Gotta love those nanny-(Word removed by Pleasanton Weekly Online staff) freedom-hating Democrats.

@ Slurpee:

Mr. Bloomberg is an independent, but was most recently a Republican.

This is probably a matter of Mayor Bloomberg hearing a higher calling from God. And, after all, something very like this was prophesized in the Book of Revelations.

Dear None...
My apologies.
I will admit an error when I see one.
And you are right!

He is registered as an Independent.
However, his actions and beliefs are sooo far removed from being conservative.

His actions and beliefs are very liberal.
A nanny-State liberal.

He would never pass for a conservative...but a RINO...perhaps.

Thank you for the correction.

The Book of Revelations also predicts Romney will not become president, and Pibb Xtra will come to an end.

And NYC will declare bankruptcy once again.

And a lot of people we be buying multiple soft drinks.

Don't miss out on the discussion!
