Scherer's public defender indicates he'll plead not guilty

A public defender for accused murderer Ernest Scherer III indicated to an Alameda County Superior Court judge yesterday that his client would plead not guilty for the murders of his parents in their Castlewood Country Club home.

If Scherer III really did roll his car in and out at the times stated, then he must be either dumb, jacked up on drugs or both. What criminal would drive their own car in to "do a job" knowing that surviellance cameras might be in the area?

He spends 99% of his time in casinos where he is watched %1000000 of the time...yeah this dude is dumb
